Welcome to M. Hayes Fine Art — a space where realism, emotion, and storytelling come together on canvas. My name is Magdalena Hayes, and I create detailed, expressive artwork that captures the beauty and the soul of all animals.
Whether you’re looking for an original painting, a limited-edition print, or a heartfelt portrait of a beloved pet, I’m honoured to share my work with you.

Custom Pet Portraits
There’s something incredibly special about the bond we share with our animals. My pet portraits are created to honour that connection — capturing personality, softness, and those little details we never want to forget.
Every portrait is hand-painted with care, realism, and an understanding that this isn’t “just a picture,” but a memory preserved.

Each original is hand-painted by me in my studio. These one-of-a-kind pieces are created with meticulous detail and a deep appreciation for natural colour and form.
Once an original finds its home, it’s gone for good — so if a piece speaks to you, I hope you’ll follow that feeling.
About Me
Hello, I’m Magdalena — the artist behind M. Hayes Fine Art.
I’ve always been drawn to the quiet details: the softness around a dog’s eyes, the unique markings on a cat’s fur, the light that settles gently across a still moment. Painting allows me to slow down, observe, and create something lasting — something that feels true.
My work is rooted in realism with a warm, organic sensibility. I love capturing personality and emotion, especially in my pet portraits. Every animal has a story, and it’s a privilege to honour that through art.
When I’m not at my easel, you’ll find me collecting reference photos, sketching ideas, or experimenting with new textures and natural tones. My studio is my favourite place — a little sanctuary where time feels slower and art has space to breathe.
Thank you for supporting independent artists. It means more than you know, and I truly hope my work brings beauty and meaning into your home.
Warmly,
Magdalena Hayes
