Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting independent art. Each order is handled with care to ensure your artwork arrives safely and beautifully.
1. Processing Time
Originals & Prints
Orders for non-commissioned artwork are typically packaged and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Commissions
Commissioned portraits take 2–6 weeks to complete, depending on size and existing bookings. Once approved and the final balance is paid, your artwork will be shipped within 3–5 business days. If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch — I will always do my best to accommodate special occasions and gift deadlines.
2. Packaging
All artwork is packaged using safe, protective materials, which may include:

rigid cardboard backing

glassine or acid-free protective sheets

bubble wrap

sturdy mailers or boxes
Larger pieces or canvas artworks are boxed securely with additional padding.
Great care is taken to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.
3. Shipping Methods
UK Shipping
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a trusted courier service.
Tracking will be provided for most orders.
International Shipping
Worldwide shipping is available.
Delivery times vary based on location and customs processing.
International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.
4. Delivery Times (Estimated)
These are approximate delivery windows once your order has been dispatched:

Delays may occur during holidays, postal strikes, or customs checks.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed:

Please contact me as soon as possible.

I will help track the parcel and liaise with the courier.

Replacements/refunds will be handled case-by-case, depending on the artwork type and circumstances.
Commissioned artworks cannot be fully replaced, but I will work with you to resolve any issues.
6. Damaged Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged:

Contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

I will offer a solution, such as a repair, a partial refund, or (where possible) a replacement.
Your satisfaction is incredibly important, and I will always work to make things right.
7. Local Collection (Optional)
If you are located near Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, you may request local pickup. This can be arranged by appointment at no extra cost.
8. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
I cannot refund packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address, but I will assist where possible if the parcel is returned to me.
