Originals & Prints

Due to the delicate nature of artwork, I’m unable to accept returns on originals or prints unless they arrive damaged. Please contact me within 48 hours with photos if there is an issue. Depending on specific circumstances I may be able to offer a partial refund.

Commissions

Commissioned pieces are non-refundable, as they are custom work created uniquely for you. Please keep in mind that a commissioned painting requires me to commit my time to it specifically and thus making me unavailable for any other potential business.

A 40% non-refundable booking fee is required to begin a portrait. Final payment is then due before shipping. You will receive progress updates throughout the process, however this is optional. Small adjustments are welcome; major changes may require additional cost.
